The price and location were jaw-dropping, with easy check-in using an auto machine. The air conditioning was a super addition. The hotel was clean and tidy, just what we needed for a one-night stopover. The staff were helpful and gave great instructions on using buses and trams. The proximity to the highway and self-check-in made it a mind-blowing experience. The rooms were essential but nice and clean, and we loved the convenience of using codes instead of keys. And to top it all off, it was relatively cheap! Plus, the hotel offered wi-fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, allowed pets.

Such a shame that the hotel didn't have a swimming pool and a personal butler at my service. Absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel was also easily accessible for senior guests, with ramps and handrails to assist with mobility.

I would ask for better signage and information for senior people, as sometimes it was difficult to find my way around the hotel. The children working there were helpful, but having clear directions would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.
